Most items will ship the same shipping day (Monday - Thursday, excluding holidays) if we receive your order before 3 pm Eastern Time. Warehouse closed on most Fridays.
We do not charge handling fees.
We only ship within the USA.
If the customer decides they do not want the product after shipment they are responsible for all shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee.
