All returns are subject to the following:
A written return merchandise authorization is REQUIRED for all returns.
All product returns must include the original packaging and any related promotional items.
All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.
RMA label should be attached to all packages being returned.
Shipping & return shipping fees are Non-Refundable for all products.
To Obtain an RA:
Please call our Customer Service Department at 800-350-5978 and provide the following information:
Invoice Number
Part Number to be Returned
Quantity to be Returned
Reason for Return.
Defective Products:
You may request replacement or refund*.
We will not issue a RA on an order after 90 days from the receipt date.
Non-Defective Products:
You may request replacement or refund*.
We will not issue a RA on an order after 90 days from the receipt date.
We grant credit for returns only if the product and the packaging are in resalable condition*.
Returns are subject to 15% restocking fee.
Shipping Errors:
In the case you receive something other than what you ordered due to a shipping error, we will gladly exchange that product for the correct item and pay for additional shipping as long as it is returned in its unopened original packaging. Any shipping error should be reported to our Customer Service (800-350-5978) within 2 business days of receipt of product.
Product Damaged in Transit:
If you receive a product that has obviously been damaged in transit, please refuse the delivery. If you notice the damage after the carrier has left the premises, please contact the shipping company immediately. Replacement will be shipped after claim is approved by the shipping company.
Repackaging Product for Return:
All cartridges must be returned in its original packaging, including inserts, end caps, etc.
All product must be shipped in protective outer boxing.
Please include print samples for all defective products.
*OEM Products are not returnable, all sales are final.
