Important Note:
All product being returned (whether defective or otherwise) must be shipped back with a copy of the return authorization form. TonerInStock will assume any product received without an approved return authorization, should be destroyed, and no credits will be issued. In case when we receive products purchased from another vendor or if we receive empty toner/developer or used drum cartridge(s) claimed as defective no replacements or refunds will be issued and customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
To Obtain an RA:
Please call our Customer Service Department at 800-350-5978 and provide the following information:
- Invoice Number
- Part Number to be Returned
- Quantity to be Returned
- Reason for Return.
Defective Product:
- We will issue Prepaid UPS Ground label for all defective product returns.
- You may request replacement of refund.
- We will not issue a RA on an order after 90 days from the receipt date.
- OEM Products are not returnable, all sales are final.
Non-Defective Product:
- We will not issue a RA on an order after 90 days from the receipt date.
- We grant credit for returns only if the product and the packaging are in resellable condition.
- If the return is a result of our error, we will issue an ARS (Authorized Return Service ) tag.
- Returns are subject to 15% restocking fee.
- OEM Products are not returnable, all sales are final.
Shipping Errors:
Any shipping error should be reported to our Customer Service (800-350-5978) within 5 days of receipt of product.
Product Damaged in Transit:
If you receive a product that has obviously been damaged in transit, please refuse the delivery. If you notice the damage after the carrier has left the premises, please contact TonerInStock's Customer Service (800-350-5978)
Repackaging Product for Return:
- All cartridges must be returned in its original packaging, including inserts, end caps, etc.
- All product must be shipped in protective outer boxing.
- Please include print samples for all defective products.
